I was talked into a addons warranty service when I bought my car. It was supposed to cover "Bumper to Bumpet Road to roof" I was told it covered all kind of things, like tire Rotation, which I found out today it DOES NOT. This I am disappointed in and really should have known better. I got screwed and you should be ashamed of taking advantage of senior citizens.

I took my Honda CRV in for work, went to pick it up and it had been broken into with window broken. They kept my car another 2 weeks to fix the window and AC fan as well. I go in to pick up my car and drop off loaner. The car still had shattered glass all over back seat and black stuff all over side of door where they dusted for prints. Advisor vacumned out and had other person run thru carwash. I Left with prints still on my car. I left there and went to eat with family. They were following me to Alamo Ranch after eating and said my right back tire was wobbling when the were behind me on 151. Stopped at Casa Blanca theater. I called and an hour later a guy from Honda showed up in his personal car to tighten the bolts that were EXTREMELY LOOSE he said. Seriously!!! I'm extremely disappointed.. Never even received a phone call saying they were sorry for what happened.
