David was amazing! I watched him go above and beyond with several customers.He even went and sat next to the customers when explaining what was going on. I believe this helps put the customer at ease and helps create trust, even in a short encounter. He was very patient wirh everyone.

Both Chris and EVERY service advisor/person who's helped me at Hill Country Honda has been OUTSTANDING. In fact, as a person in his mid-forties, I haven't seen amazing service in a couple of decades. The service people are so friendly/nice, and they really act like they're there to please the customers. I feel bad because this may be the first advisor I've taken the time to do a survey for, but if you look at my service record, EVERY person who's assisted me has been awesome. I've been given loaner cars, and have even had my car washed, things that no other dealer has offered ever offered to do. Thank you, Hill Country Honda for bringing back customer service. Thank you!
