Initial online chat (approx 8:30am 1/23/19) was a waste of time:callback was promised but nothing. Had to callback & wait through many rings each time until operator finally took a message. After this initial horrible display of failed communication on your part, the face-to-face interaction & comunication was wonderful. Mr. Alvarez was professional & thorough.

Came in with a check engine light on and truck misfiring. After calling the ford dealership and getting told they wouldn’t be able to look at it for two to three days I called Hill Country Honda. Cody got me right in and had the truck repaired and me back out the door in three hours.
