The staff is great! My only concern is that of the wait time, is it possible to bypass the complementary Safely Inspection you guys do? I understand the wait time as far as you guys being busy and that’s not what I’m addressing. My car was in the the actual bay for an hour, for an oil change that should take no more than 20 minutes top! Maybe you can offer your customers a declination for this safety inspection.

I went in for service because my car was making a loud noise. I also explained the specifics of the noise. Hours later diagnosis was that I needed new tires. I didn't believe that diagnosis made sense for the type of noise my car was making. I was told by the advisor with certainty that was the issue. My car is still making the same noise after my tires were changed. I no longer have confidence that I can trust my vehicle was the service department at Hill Country Honda.
Everything went very well I'm glad they could do everything the same day. The only minor thing I would say is they left the paper on my floor of the car but I was able to take it out no big deal.thank you for service today

I came in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment, but needing my side view mirror replaced. I had the part on hand already; they had me out of there in less than 2 hours! The facility was clean, my four year old loved the kid area (and it kept me sane while waiting). I can't thank you enough for the quality customer service and taking care of the issue so quickly.
