Today’s service was great!! But getting to this point involved 4 or more unanswered or unreturned phone calls and getting very fluctuated and finally getting in contact with someone else in service and then Arron who had excuses for not returning calls because he was busy with other customers, HELLO! Was not impressed—I have an email address and can be reached by a text, not a valid reason for not getting back to me!! It all worked out but was very upsetting at times hope future services will be better!!
