Service provided was excellent. I’m a little concerned that every time I have gone in, a new “manager” is there. I have been given incorrect information about what my car needs in an effort to make a sale. I’m cautious every time recommendations are made. David seemed to be straight forward and honest. He’s doing a great job.

I've never been to a Honda Service location like this one. I'm originally from Killeen and this has set the bar so high.
I was told my service would take between an hour and a half to two hours. I was totally okay with that. What I wasn't okay with was it taking 4 hours with no update from my service advisor. When I went to go ask him at the three hour mark, he was no where to be found. That is completely unacceptable to not provide an update and leave. I will never be bringing my car to Hill Country Honda for service again.

Mrs. Davis was very courteous and respectful. When I had question she fully answer them. If she didn’t know she went to find out. She didn’t lie or pretend to know the answer. She was very kind and would thank her for her hospitality.
