Cody was friendly and very accommodating with service. He was not pushy to sell service and

Our discussion included a free wash, vacuum and I mentioned the sliding door seals needed lubrication in addition to services originally requested.
Once work completed van inspected. Services appeared to be complete. However, upon further inspection vacuum not done and door seals not lubricated. Disappointed! Did Cody ensure these services completed or promises kept? Is this his job? Not busy at all with one customer being helped.
Like to see Hill Country Honda make this right.
