I was in for oil and brake fluid change. I think it would be beneficial if there were signage that stated if the customer should remain with the vehicle until a representative comes or if the customer should go straight to the service desk. In the past, someone has always approached the vehicle. This time the people were just walking past us checking out other cars and not even acknowledging us while we stood next to the car. We were pulled up to the service center. Finally, someone said go the the desk.
At the service desk, I explained to the rep that I wanted an oil and brake fluid change. I was told at the last oil change that the brake fluid should be changed at the next future appointment. The rep said they would check and it would take approx one hour. I agreed that was fine. At about an hour, we received car and keys, then told about the brake fluid, transmission, and fuel injection. I was told I would take another 45 minutes. I was disappointed that the brake fluid was not changed and that this information was received after the return of the vehicle. This could have all been taken care of while the personnel still had possession of the car performing the oil change. It should have been better communication. Otherwise, personnel were polite.
