I only spoke with Aaron once, I had more interactions with Adrianna. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She explained the process of the recalls, what the mechanics would actually do, and wait time. She even drove me home in the shuttle and continued to give excellent customer service by answering other questions I had. Because of the great customer service given by Adrianna, I will not hesitate to return to the service department at Hill Country Honda

Mr. Day did a very good job. I just moved to Texas and needed to get my vehicle inspected so I could get it registered. Mr. Day explained what I had to do and where I had to go to get my vehicle registered. I want to thank him for the help he gave me. I will be taking my car to Hill Country Honda for any vehicle related services from now on.

Quick and easy! Would like more options for car cleaning, something between vacuuming the 2 front seats and a full detail. I'd be willing to pay for options like, wash & vacuum, wash and armor all, windows only, etc. Thank you!!

1.We bought Mitsubishi used a month ago a noticed squeaking brakes in reverse 2. I had service department inspect a do some rear brake work 3. I asked the service advisor to repair at dealer cost since it is a new vehicle. 4. The service advisor was polite and understanding and said he would call used car department about my special request. 5. The service advisor called back and refused my request Mechanics did some resurfacing in rear brakes. I test drove in reverse the car and did not hear any squeaking although it was on a level plane. I paid $60 and went home and they squeak again in reverse but on an incline in my drive way. So I’m frustrated with my self for not test driving on incline (that’s when they squeak) and the mechanics inability to fix the squeaking. This should not be happening when a used car goes thru a rigorous pre inspection. William C

David was very nice and knowledgable. The fact I was able to get an oil chamge in under 45 minutes was remarkable. I am not used to that from a Honda Dealership. Also liked the fact I received a coupon in the mail which encouraged me to drive all the way to Hill Country Honda...without the coupon I may not have ever known that the dealership ever existed. Thank you and Thank you David for the wonderful customer service. I will be returning mainly due to the quick oil chamge service and the fact that Hill Country will accept competitor coupons.

Michael greeted us at 7am, clearly surprised to find us waiting. Though he was not the person who made the appointment for us, he got up to speed quickly and got us into a loaner vehicle and on our way. After a rough start trying to give me “maybes” about what was causing a locking mechanism to intermittently act up (& annoy me so early in the morning :) ), he finally eased into the “we’ll take a look” mode that helped ease my agitation. By 1pm, I heard from him directly that my car was ready, giving us plenty of time to come back to town to switch loaner for my car before Friday horrific traffic. He was willing to answer any question I asked and wasn’t condescending, as might be easy to do. I’m satisfied with my experience and pleased with Michael, specifically. Thank you for a relatively painless first oil service and effort to find an intermittent issue (no luck yet)!
