The accessory installation was quick and done right the first time! My car was washed and ready to go when I arrived. It was also very convenient to be provided a loaner car while the service was performed. Thank you Bob Baker Mazda!

Had tried to confirm my appointment via text but didn’t get too far, just rescheduled it. I like having the confirmation texts and when I hadn’t gotten them the first time I realized I may not have finished the original schedule process.
They washed my car and had my service done quickly! My only critique is to let people know your waiting room isn't open because when I booked my appointment online, waiting in the waiting room was still an option to choose. I just waited outside and didn't have a problem with it, but some people in the future might or if there is adverse weather.
While the repairs were done, I assume correctly. The communication and customer service was subpar. I wasn’t given a clear description of what was found to be wrong with the vehicle. My individual rep kept passing me on tot he central office to handle “any and all questions”. The central office personnel was not friendly at all. I had to call to get the update on my car status. There was a lemon literally sitting in the loaner car I was given. No one went over ANY Covid prevention procedures applied. I honestly don’t think I will be back to bob baker for any service related issues, I can see why John Hine service was booked until Tuesday while there were so many available spots at Bob Baker. Very unfortunate.
Rude, rushing, service plan not accurate. Mirrors, seat, and steering wheel completely changed upon pick up.
