Anthony was an excellent service representative - even kept me up to date on the progress of the 3 recalls on my 2019 Mazda 3, by cell phone. He also arranged for the KARR representative to adjust their security system to satisfy my unhappiness with the system. Thanks to Anthony, I am now OK with the Karr System and will keep it. This was superior service and I continue to be impressed by Bob Baker Staff at all levels. Thanks to all!! Bob Fansler BTW - This is a super car and I enjoy driving it every day! The 2016 was a really good car for me then and it too was a wonderful vehicle - the 2019 is better still. Kudo's to the Mazda developers and builders.

Very happy. Max took care of getting our maintenance done plus took care of a recall so I didn’t have to make a return visit. I also saw Fred and he helped me with some questions on the car. Your service and sales department are top notch.
