I paid for the maintenance package for the duration of my lease and I have never been disappointed. I usually make an appointment for a time that will be convenient. However, this time I just showed up at the service department hoping for the best during an unexpected afternoon off from work. The management team squeezed me into their already busy schedule with no questions asked and did a superb job as always. I am currently looking to lease my next Mazda and I know the service package is a must-have!

The service is great- my only complaint is really just that it’s a half assed car wash every time. I always walk out thinking man my car still looks dirty. :(
