Max has been my service advisor sine I purchased my vehicle at Bob Baker Mazda, He is consistently thorough with details concerning my car’s maintenance and his explanations for diagnostic results. He has brought in the Tech experts where further explanation or instruction is required. I like that! Max also takes time to share personal experiences, explain about utilizing different gas grades and types (87, 89, 91 and above; ethanol additive), windshield wiper fluid refill. He responds to my calls quickly. Max does a super-Mazda service advisor!

My check engine light came on (again) after your service department just did $2400 worth of repairs in August for the light coming on. Anthony got the car in quickly to investigate the issue and had the team turn it off, stating it is still giving a similar indication of a fuel/air imbalance. So he advised me to try to keep my gas tank above half and keep an eye on the light. Anthony is always friendly, professional and helpful. Also your front desk service rep (Ariana?) is always friendly and helpful.
