Max followed up and made sure I was aware of getting car serviced using my warranty. Max had to call several times until he got it verified and service was completed using our warranty.

Max S Hackedorn has taken care of me many times in the past and I've always been very satisfied. Our history started back at Mitsubishi and when he transferred to Mazda, we followed him.
I waited 2 hrs for an oil change. When I went up and asked the receptionist if she could check on my vehicle status she opened a file and said. “Oh it was ready a while ago, sorry that was my fault”. So basically I was waiting a lot longer than I needed to. I’m sorry, but this was my first time at your dealership for service, but I will not be returning to your dealership for service in the future.
