I am very disappointed in the service received on my visit to your dealership. While the service representative, Anthony, provided good service your mechanics did not. Three visits to your dealership - Dec. 13, Dec. 16 and Dec. 18. These were to install a new battery terminal connector and install a new recalled passenger airbag (plus correct the red airbag warning light which appeared after the Dec. 13 visit). Your mechanics left noticeable marks/scratches on my dashboard. I am not happy. Barbara N
