I am very disappointed in the service received on my visit to your dealership. While the service representative, Anthony, provided good service your mechanics did not. Three visits to your dealership - Dec. 13, Dec. 16 and Dec. 18. These were to install a new battery terminal connector and install a new recalled passenger airbag (plus correct the red airbag warning light which appeared after the Dec. 13 visit). Your mechanics left noticeable marks/scratches on my dashboard. I am not happy.

The navigation chip went out and Max got me right in and took care of the problem. It was under warranty so there was also no charge. I’m sure enjoying my CX-9.
