I had good service- thanks. I am still concerned about a sequence of seemingly electric misfunctions in the past couple years which have resulted in an undrivable car. Something caused my battery, this time, to completely die, and I don't know the cause. Maybe there is no connection, but a 5 year old vehicle should be more dependable. I had a 1996 Honda Civic before this car for 20 years, and never had these problems. Hopefully, the new battery will change my luck. Ann M
