For the record, Anthony Umhra was not the service agent that I dealt with when I dropped the car off. It was Max Hackedorn. I know who Anthony is from previous visits to the dealership and have no concerns with him at all. I have been a customer at Bob Baker Mazda for a number of years. I have always found the employees to be polite and professional and this visit was no exception. I was treated well and the service met my expectations. My concern is with the degree of seriousness with which Max and others at the dealership are dealing with the current pandemic. When Max came to my car, he was clearly within 6 feet and his mask covered only his mouth, not his nose. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I saw Max coming out of his office and walking through the customer area with no mask on at all. Similarly, when I went in to the office to pay the cashier, she (Andrea Contreras) was also wearing the mask below her nose. I Also saw other employees walking in the service area without masks. I fully understand that there is a difference of opinion among people about the necessity of wearing masks. Nonetheless as a customer at the dealership I did not feel safe and did not feel Bob Baker Mazda was putting customer safety above the comfort or personal opinions of its employees.

I sent an email to my service advisor where my problem was not fixed. Came in for a ac service repair. One leak was found and fixed paid 610 dollars. When I got home I could see another leak since they added in dye to my ac system and this leak is on the ac condenser. If I knew the ac condenser also had a leak and both needed to be repaired i would have waited on the repair. 610 wasted as the ac freon is leaking out now.
