Difficulties with ride share for ride back to Bob Baker to pick up car. First ride share that was sent was sent to the wrong address. Called in to inform the mistake and no apology, but a second corrected ride share was sent. However, got a text that no drivers were available. Waited an hour, no response from any associates and had to call a third time to try to get a ride share set up. Third one finally worked thanks to the female associate who stayed on the line with me till a driver was confirmed.

I was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy everyone showed us. If I may suggest one thing is when the cars come out of the wash dept. make sure they are dried properly. My car came out with many water spots.
