Max made our experience quick and easy.
Was told my Drive belt (serpentine belt) tensioner was leaking. I inspected it and it’s as dry as a bone. I bring my vehicles to dealership service centers because I thought I could trust their mechanics more than the others. And you guys proved me wrong.

The service and timeliness by Anthony was awesome. The only thing I did not like was when I asked them to check out a rattling noise I have heard coming from the front left area of the car, I was told there was a mandatory $155 diagnostics fee up front just to check for any damage. I did not feel comfortable paying up front for an issue that might not even exist. Leads me to believe they would find a problem or explanation for something to be fixed in order to put the $155 fee towards some sort of maintenance. Other than that, the service was quick and easy and Anthony was great.
