Was disappointed as I asked for Synthetic oil but didn’t get it.
I took my Jeep in for service “check engine light “ was on so we did our 60,000 mile service at the same time. Once the service was done two days later, Gilbert said they will deliver the vehicle to me, but an hour later he said they could bring the Jeep, so went to go get it with my husband. I was promised a car wash but he forgot, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. I was finally on my way, but the check engine light reappeared again. Today I called Gilbert and left a message, but he didn’t return my call. My husband will go see him in the morning to discuss his attitude. We have an 6/60 maintenance warranty program and he should know that, but when I mentioned it to him he got irritated and pissed off. We love the Jeep but damn, this guy has a terrible attitude.if I had five thumbs, they would all be down. Short staff during these times I can deal with, but poor attitude pisses me off.

Great service but car still broken :(
I was saddened to find out you no longer service my Ram Diesel at your location. Maybe you should stop selling the number one 3/4 ton truck in America if your not interested in offering follow on service. You should probably take the service feature off your website if your not going to honor the reservations. This is not a reflection on my service representative who was awesome and didn’t get a break for lunch today because he was overwhelmed by work load. I wonder if jiffy lube will service my truck? I bet they don’t take 4 hours for an oil change with a reservation.
Anthony Norton has been my service rep for many years and has always done a tremendous job. At times I have been frustrated with the reliability of my vehicle and he has bent over backwards to help me get through the issues. He should be given the highest compensation and rewards available to a service rep.
