There was a confusion on how the customer is directed where to go for service. 2 staff directed differently that I got frustrated because both of the staff gave a different direction. I hope next time , please inform your people how to direct client appropriately. Thanks for asking my comment.

Laura was very nice when I communicated with her but I had to keep calling the dealership back to get updates. The service went a couple days longer than originally quoted due to parts delays. One item I needed fixed did not make it on the service request which I noticed when I was driving home from picking up my vehicle.
First off Laura was amazing. She was patient with me along with the other customers. She took time to listen to my problems with my Jeep and ask questions I didn’t even think about. She would call and text with updates and always call me back when I had questions later on. I was worried about renting a vehicle and she went out of her way to get me a loner and then call me when it was ready. This woman needs a raise. Every time I go to Bob Baker I always make sure I ask for her or request she is my rep. She never disappoints, trust me I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced there for over 2 years!
My service rep was very busy, but I noticed he did a great job of juggling his customers to make sure we were all taken care of in a timely manner.
Laura was fantastic. She kept me informed and went to bat for me with the warranty insurance. The next time that I need service I'd like her to work on my truck
