Service was great once the parts all came in.
My entertainment system was all screwed up when I got the car back. Congrats controls are all screwed up. Now I have to take it back in again.
Anthony is an excellent service rep. I feel confident he will take care of me when I’m there. I wish I could say the same for other reps I’ve had in the past. He is really a step above. Also I’m very happy with the deal i got for the tires.
Anthony Norton (service advisor) always takes care of my vehicle and explains everything from why something went wrong, what's needed, & how long it will take to repair. He communicates everything and reassures me my vehicle is in good hands. After working with different advisors he is one of the best I've had the pleasure of working with.

Gilbert was great, and your service department had been great. The part that was ordered for my vehicle was ordered correctly, but the wrong part was sent. So I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the end result, because I will have to come back again, but, I have NO complaints about the staff.

Anthony in the service department is absolutely without a doubt the most awesome guy! Any time I have had to come in I feel overwhelmed and worried the problem could be more than I could afford. He has always been kind, shows care and is incredibly reassuring. No one likes to get a car fixed, but knowing I’m bringing my Jeep to someone who has my best interest and that I can trust makes that stress feel so much better! I have been coming to see Anthony at Jeep Carlsbad since 2015 and because of him I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Anthony for all you do, and to the team that has worked in my car!
