One of issues I was having with my vehicle was that the TPMS warning light keeps coming on, a temps tire sensor was replaced but no sooner than we left the dealership the warning light came on. I suspect that the problem is with TPMS computer inside the vehicle and not the wheel sensors, otherwise the service was good.
Your customer service was great . It was refreshing to do business with a establishment that has integrity and trust. Your service writer listened and did not make false promises. But he came through after listening to my request
Requested oil monitor to be reset. Oil monitor still saying oil change necessary after supposedly being reset.
Oil cap was stripped by technician so a new one had to be ordered. Uber home and got a ride back.
My rep though was great!
Gilbert was so great! He explained everything thoroughly, and he made sure my car was done before the mechanics took their lunch break so I didn’t have to wait long. Gilbert was professional and kind.
