I had an appointment for Wednesday morning and the car was not looked at until late Thursday. I picked up the car on Friday,. I rented a car for about $35 a day, and ended up paying for three days. Imagine if the doctor’s office worked this way. When you set up an appointment with the doctor, the expectation is that you will see the doctor at that time. There might be a delay of an hour or so, but never a day and a half. You have so many technicians, and a typical job takes so long. Schedule appointments when they are free. I understand that repairs can take a while, but look at the car right away, let the customer know what is going on after that, and go from there. Waiting nearly two full days to hear back is ridiculous.

I waited to send this response so I could have time to know if the "fix" worked...This is my first newer vehicle that was still under warranty at time of purchase. I was unable to make an appointment in December 2020 because all available times were full, I arrive at the dealership and learn the warranty expired on December 28th; 9 days prior to me bringing it in for a recall and sliding door not staying closed. There was a known update needed to solve the door closure problem but I was still charged $125 for the service. I voiced my displeasure to Sean. he was understanding about it and told me to take it up with Fiat-Chrysler Corp since they hold the warranty.
Unfortunately the Driver side door is still not operating properly. When I push the close button (doesn't matter which one) it will get to 99% closed then re-open. This happens multiple times in a row before it finally securely closes. It's random in occurrence but very annoying to need to try multiple times for the door to close. This only happens with the Driver side sliding door. passenger side works everytime as designed. Now I need to schedule a follow up service visit. I hope I don't get charged again....

Sean went out of his way to make sure that my vehicles warranty took care of the repairs. My Jeep was back to us the next day!
I am very happy with Sean's service. He's much nicer than the previous service rep I had. Sean made sure my car was well taken care of and he got the job done fast. Sean always answers the phone when I call or calls me back soon after I leave a message. This means a lot to me as it is a much better experience than I've had with other service techs.
