Appointment was made, I got there on time and was greeted KZ they told me how long it would take and I was able to wait in the waiting room. The car was finished on time, it was a safe environment. Sean Gray was friendly and informative.

A Total People Person, and Very Professional !!
Brought in for an oil change. Made an appointment for Fridays 1:30. Went in and was informed that it would not be completed until Monday. Rep said I could bring it back Monday morning before 8am. Brought it in at 753am. Waited until 8:05 to be checked in. Called multiple times on Monday with no ETA. Finally, called for the 5th time around 3:30pm and was informed that it would be done in about 15 minutes. Got a message after 4pm that it was done and that they close at 5pm. It would be nice to get an eta. If an oil change takes all day even with an appointment, at least let me know so that I can make arrangements.
