Erik was so great. When he saw that there was a discrepancy with the air in my tires (I told him the measurements you guys gave me were wrong as two of the tires are new), he double checked to make sure I was good to go. He was friendly and efficient.

Keep commitments to communicate. When parts which are supposed to be shipped overnight do NOT arrive the next morning, tell me service will be delayed. Don't wait until 3:20pm to call me after having ignore 3 text requests for status.
