Eric Lopez went above and beyond . He treated myself and my son as though we were family when getting my car serviced, and kept us updated on the process. He was professional, friendly, let us know the status of things, what did and didn’t need to be taken care of, and was so hopeful and trustworthy. He’s an outstanding employee and we Look forward to working with him again at our next service appointment. Outstanding job!

Erik was great. The wait experience was not perfect. I got a text from this # during my service, it made me think we were complete but Erik had no idea where the text came from. The outdoor patio area was unusable as it was dripping with dew. Dry it off eve3morning.
Brendan was courteous and efficient. I was looking forward to having my car washed. Unfortunately the hose was broken! Maybe next time.

Brenden took a call from me about my vehicle the day before I had service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When I met him, he diagnosed the problem within minutes! Also, he explained my warranty to me. Brenden let me know that my vehicle would be repaired without cost to me! My car is running beautifully! I will be using Bob Baker for all my car repair needs.
When I bring my Audi Q5 for service I get a comparable loaner vehicle. When I brought my Ascent for service the rental vehicle was not at all comparable in style or safety. This is one area that could be improved. JP’s service and Subaru service was otherwise exceptional.
