With the wait since Nov 2020. Bike Rack is awesome. Service was great, efficient, and was told I could call if I needed any instructions. Zachary was excellent. So was Hugh our Sales person.
I was impressed by the care taken to wipe off my steering wheel and even my key.
However, one thing was forgotten, something minor, which I'll bring the car in for later.
Great, very quick service today.

Zach is the most awesome service rep! He takes such special care and concern for my Subaru which is my favorite car ever, especially because Zach as taken such good care of it for me over the years! Norm is Zach’s Service Dept manager, for whom I am soooo grateful. Norm always takes the time to say a warm “hi” and “how have you been, and your mom, too”. just like family. He always watches over my car, and asks how it’s been,, too.... Best service Dept ever ! They are why I drove 2 hours from my new town for regular service at Bob Baker Subaru today! .... I’m a loyal Subaru owner, and especially love that I can know the same team Norm, Zach and Jamie, and their exceptional technical crew who care about me and my Subaru ever since 2014/15.. many thanks to you , Nancy D
