I do not own any subarus anymore and this service was definitely not for me. I sold both of my subarus because this dealership ****.

Pulled in 5 minutes early, watched 4 cars get served before mine. Got out of the car after 8 minutes (I use wheelchair), then sat and waited to be helped (even took a photo, but cannot load it). Had to basically flag someone down. I don’t expect immediate service, I expect to be respected. I hope this won’t happen again.

Zachary was personable and informative about recalls. Throughout the day he kept me updated about progress with the different issues with my car. Always had a smile behind his mask.
Everything was going well, sales man gave us a great service and were very helpful. What we didnt like was Julian Perez. Seems like he doesnt care about his customers and job when we went for service.
Service center closes early but glad they are able to accommodate late vehicle pickups through dealership.
My car was brought in on Memorial day weekend. They were not going to be able to finish the repairs so I was given a rental car at no charge to me until the car was finished. It was ready on Tues as promised and was fixed as promised. I am impressed. Julian was friendly polite and respectful.
