Erik Lopez was very courteous and helpful explaining my car’s oil change delay. A mishap occurred, oil got spilled over the motor. The motor was power-washed and driven to dry the water off. Erik apologized, I did not have to pay for the oil change, however, I am concerned about the long term effects of the spill and subsequent power-wash.

Julien was very polite and helpful. My dissatisfaction is due to the time it took to get the service done, the fact that no one picked up the phone when I called to check on the car and lastly, that they offered me a loaner car with barely any gas in it. The pump light came on before I even get home.
