I got 2 keys from your company when I purchased my Sportwagen a little over a year ago. Both batteries started signaling a failed battery shortly after my 10,000 mile service, which was within 6 months of the time I bought the car. I regard this failure as a flaw in the equipment, since I certainly didn't wear the batteries out from overuse and would not have expected them to fail so quickly if they had been manufactured correctly. I explained the circumstances to the service representative today, but he stated that the battery had worn out because of "wear and tear" and charged me for a replacement. He was perfectly polite, and the cost was trivial. But I thought that as a courtesy to me, as a longtime customer of your company, it would have been appropriate to provide replacement batteries free of charge. I did not feel like I was treated kindly.

Poor communication between the service dept and the waiting customer. I waited for 3 hours and finally went out to see what was going on there sat my car No one working on it ..it was done..plus I am the driver of that car, I made the appointment and take card of that car not David ...my name is Arline

The only problem I had was the car taking too long to pick up. What should have taken 10 minutes tops to get the car took 20 minutes. That’s the only thing I was unhappy about.

As usual Bobby is always very professional. He knows VW product. Listens to the customer. Steers you in the right direction. Tries to save your money where he can. Very hard to find a service writer who provides the communication that he does.

Bobby was awesome! So very personable , patient and helpful. I will continue to bring my VW to Bob Baker Carlsbad and will work with Bobby. Also Joel the shuttle driver was very friendly. Everyone there was great actually! Thank you!
