I’ve had the same complaint for the last two years. You haven’t fixed the problem so I’ve given up. I have two vws so you get the same feedback twice with each recall
JP is the BEST!! He always promptly takes care of what my car needs and makes sure everything is resolved. He goes above and beyond in every single way and his customer service skills are out of this world!!
Buying a new car should be easy and convenient. I honestly felt rushed buying the car because it was late and on top of it the.car is scratched and has minor easy to fix problems (ie scratched windshields, charger port not working properly) and waiting to fix it for another week has been stressful and very inconvenient.

The part took over a month to arrive. The car wash I receive was not professional and had water spots all over the car.
They estimated 90 minutes and they finished in that window.
The service station always seems too busy to help the customer. Spent more time up selling me then fixing the recall and giving the car back.
