I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and received a text at 7:45 stating that they were working on my car. By 10:30am, I received a call saying it was done. I picked up the car at 3:00pm. The service and professionalism of the Service Team was top notch.

Mr. Carrasco made the service experince much easier and less stressful. He made sure I knew what was happening at all times and ensured that everything I needed was taken care of. He was able to answer all questions and concerns with sympathy and professionalism. He was very honest with me in what would have to happen, the time frame and the final cost. I knew my vehicle was in good hands. I am very impressed with the employees at Bob Baker VW. Despite having to get my vehicle repaired, I was happy with my experience. The atmosphere was much better than other servicing departments. By far the best dealership I have ever been to. I will definitely be returning here any time I need servicing.
Eddie is fantastic, and the sole reason I come to this VW location for service. It was my first time working with Bobby, and I found him to be patient and considerate. I will request him for future visits.

my only complaint is that i was told i was going to get a free car wash and i did not, my car looked the exact same as when i dropped it off.

So far, so good. I think Zach is sharp...I would have liked it if he communicated with me earlier in the day instead of me having to call several times to find out status, but overall he does a good job.
