From first contact to appointment date for service it took 11 working days to get my vehicle into the shop. After service completion, it took almost 2 hrs after calling for a shuttle pickup to arrive at my home. Timeliness is clearly lacking. I will never come back. Had a terrible experience. The way I was talked, the unprofessionalism, unwillingness to take responsibility, non caring nature made my decision to not think of Bob Baker ever again. Not me and my friends and family as well. We will never stop by any time. Will drive 30 miles and go to Temecula or to Kearny Mesa but not to Bob Baker who is 2 mikes away from your shop. Good Bye...
