Very Good overall. Just one issue, though. Driver’s seat creak-your technician correctly identified the source, but did not correct it. I hit it with some dry lube and the noise stopped.

Tanner was great. My 6k mile service appointment was scheduled for 9:30AM, I was informed the wait time would be an hour to an hour and a half, so I decided to wait at the dealership. My car was finally ready close to noon, 2.5 hours later. Gina

I will drive the 35+ miles to another Subaru dealer than go to the Carlsbad location 8 miles from my house. And the manager, with his condescending tone, made me feel like my kind are not welcome there. The young man started it with me so I asked for the manager. While I ended up being late for my appointment, I still thought it was important to let management know what happened to save me and others from a similar experience. Yet what it did was confirm that certain folks should stay clear of this establishment.
