Julian was very helpful with my brake questions and fixing a lug nut that been stripped.
Zach was great right when I drove up to the service bay. He definitely knows about my Subaru and all the issues that were going on with my car. I appreciated everything that he did for me and accommodating my early drop off.
Bobby and the service team went above and beyond in their service. I was kept informed of each step, any delays and my vehicle was ready when promised. He asked many times if there was anything more he could do and made it known that his goal was to make sure my experience was positive, and it was.

I didn't realize the mile to empty was going to take 2 hours so I scheduled a meeting in Orange County for the afternoon. When I got to the dealership and found out it was going to take 2 hours after informing Juian about my dilemma. He made sure my vehicle was completed in time for me to make my appt in orange county. Couldn't ask him to anything more. Great customer care on his part.
