Will was helpful and thorough with information and was able to get my vehicle done on time.
My only concern was that i didn’t receive a call until after I phoned at 9:30AM. We dropped off the car the night before.
The only problem I seem to always have is that every service person who writes up the paperwork says the work will take 2 hours and it always takes an hour to an hour and a half longer than that.

Julian did a great job and my car was finished on time. Everything listed on the work order was done. My only complaint is that my coolant fluid was not topped off. I would’ve assumed that a 60000 mile service would have included a topping off coolant level. The radiator is full but the reservoir is at the low line. Kind of minor, but I feel that this should have been done. Other then that I was happy with the service.
