It took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. When I asked my service provider about the status of my car, he said it was being hand washed. When the attendant pulled the car up, it wasn’t washed. I was frustrated that everything took so long that I left without getting the car washed.

Your team was amazing. I came in at 7:40am with my rear view mirror dangling and I needed to be at my kids school event at 8:30am in Solana Beach. They were able to turn me around and I made it with 30 seconds to spar. It was really great of them!

Zach is a superior employee. He is the main reason I keep servicing my car at this dealer. He cares about my safety and really connects with his clients. Everyone is very friendly and I have been servicing my cars here for many years. That said, I do not care for the service Mgr, Norm Amabile, at all. If I had to work with him, I would not come to this dealer.
