Was expecting a shorter wait, as per the recall notice. When told the wait would be 1 hour 45 minutes as opposed to 30 minutes I was not thrilled. Wait turned out to be 1 1/2 hours.
Subaru is always fair and honest. I am a loyal customer.
Tanner was wonderful, but just seems ridiculous to wait two+ hours for an oul change! I had asked at time of booking and was told one hour.
The only disappointment was that I was told my car would be washed and it was not. But since it is just a nice extra thing Bob Baker does for free and my repair was a factory recall which did not cost me anything, I am certainly not going to complain about it. Tanner did everything I would have wanted him to do. Love all the new technology messaging during this entire process.
