The oil & filter change, tire rotation and topping off of all the fluids is fine and although internal, I am sure that your team did a good job. But the free “car wash” I received for my birthday was quite lacking. The car was not thoroughly vaccumed and it still had lots of water droplets on it and some dirt on the outside and the inside of the windows were not clean. I still had some “nose art” from my granddogs on the back window!

Quite a few things could have been done better. First, it would be good if when making your appointment online for a standard service the system told you what is included in the service and the price. In addition, it should tell you the average wait time for that service. If you make an 11am appointment for a service that takes 6 hours it would be good to know that. Finally, if I select that I need a ride and my service isn't finished until 5, but your drivers generally stop working at 4 that is also good to know. It seems like your system has poor communication.
This was my first service visit with my Crosstrek at 6K miles. Very nice service, friendly, efficient, clean facility, prompt shuttling, just really pleasant. I’m stoked with my Crosstrek and the Bob Baker team.
