Came in without an appointment, since I was not going to be in town around the time of the first open slot. Darius was very helpful and even though it was going to be a wait, he got my Crosstrek in for its service and recall work. Very thorough in explaining what was done and the state of my tires, brakes, and other systems. Very much appreciated.
Darius was professional in his demeanor, as well as being friendly and personable. He had superior knowledge about his job and was able to answer all my questions. Darius estimated the length of time it would take for the work to be completed and he was pretty accurate in his estimation. I am confident the coworker he was training will learn his job well from Darius.
