Last month I asked if I needed new tires, and we were told no, our tires were fine. This month, I came in and asked for my headlight to be replaced, and to have my tires rotated. I waited in the lounge for over an hour, and my headlight was replaced, but my tires weren’t rotated. I was told I needed new tires, and that’s the reason they would not rotated them. I mentioned that last month I was told that my tires were ok.... so now I don’t even know if I can trust what the technicians are telling me.
On a positive note, I did appreciate that the service center was able to get me in for service more quickly than what was available online. We are about to go on a road trip, so I really appreciated being worked into the schedule sooner.

You overfilled the brake fluid so it’s leaking all over the place. Now he has to take time out of his schedule to come back up for you to drain and bleed...not happy this happy on a $600 service!
