The car wash didn’t even touch my front bumper or side mirrors, the text messages that were supposed to let me know my car was ready we’re never sent, and whoever sat in the driver seat messed up every single one of my settings. Not to mention now my AC when on auto will randomly turn off— a problem my car didn’t have before.

I truly appreciate the honesty of explaining that the oxygen sensor that was replaced ~6 months ago failed and that it was replaced at no charge on this visit. Julian was very polite and professional. Thank you Bob Baker, Carlsbad.

Tanner was excellent, he explained everything well and took charge of the service provided. The analysis and resolution to the check engine light was comprehensive and he was very honest about what it would cost. The cost estimate turned out to be accurate. It is people like Tanner and his attitude that make me like Bob Baker (both Subaru snd Mazda). Thank you for a job well deserved be and great customer service.

Communication and timelines were terrible. Zach and others would tell me to expect work completion at a certain time and day. As the day would pass it became Clear that work was not being completed on time, I would not be notified. I was therefore repeatedly left waiting on promises that were made and not kept. I called repeatedly, got put on long holds only to be told to leave a message. These messages were seldom returned. After being let down, I was forced to rent a car hoping to be reimbursed. I was not. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I’ve learned to expect better from this dealer. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone based on this experience.
