I will not be returning to Bob Baker VW after the way I was treated. The service department damaged one of my rims and proceeded to tell me it was already there. When speaking to the service manager he proceeded to basically call me a liar and when I got upset and raised my voice a bit because he walked away, he turned around and got up pretty close to my face yelling and turned and walked away. I truly think that is the worst I have been treated by any business and it was very unprofessional. I now have to purchase a 400 dollar rim to replace the one damaged by Bob Baker VW. I was planning on buying a new 2020 Passat R Line this summer through BB VW but now I will take my business elsewhere, nor will I ever recommend BB to anyone. My wife was thinking of a new Tiguan. Not through somewhere that treats customers in that way. Horrible experience and I am sure I will never hear back on any of it. What a joke
