The one thing I do think he and the technician could have done is replace the burned out brake light, they told me to pick one up and change out myself which I plan on doing, but something that easy , they could of done it and made me feel a little more happy, but overall I am very happy with my experience

Took too long to diagnosis problem.Tech tried to say parts installed on car were aftermarket The parts all OEM from another VW parts department Mossy of Escondido. Shop foreman got involved part sold to us was not complete reason calibrations could not be performed.This is the second bad experience we have had in a week.Bobby in service was Great. Receptionist that handles call was rude

Bobby took great care of us. He was friendly and professional. When we picked up the vehicle it all looked great. When we drove the vehicle off the dealership, we noticed that the alignment was off. At that time the service department was closed. We will be back first thing Friday morning.
Trying to get answers early on was challenging. I had to continue to follow up and leave messages... finally having to engage the service manager to get an answer.
My service writer was perfect. The staff was perfect. ...but my problem wasn’t fixed. The suggested solution was not to be correct answer to my problem. So I’m going to have to find another dealership to help me with the vehicles problem. Whatever is wrong is with the car... is an actual issue with the car. Not any aftermarket roof rack or wheels I have applied. It is a power train issue... and your techs know it.

Glad to finally get the recall notice taken care of. My previous experiences trying to make appointments and also previous the time I brought the car in but the recall part was actually not available (despite me calling prior to the appointment) was very very disappointing. This time however, everything went smoothly and I am happy with the service and very much appreciate the car wash. Thanks
