Tanner was great. We had a little hiccup with my tire pressure sensor upon pickup but he made Aire it was resolved and under the estimated time. This has been my best experience from any Subaru dealership in San Diego by far.

I have a Subaru Outback that is less than 5 years old with a defective stereo unit that MANY consumers have gotten replaced for free from Subaru. It’s not hard to google and see how many people have had issues with this unit and had it replaced by Subaru for free. Why should I pay $800 for a defective stereo system Subaru put in the car? I expected more from Subaru. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back. Your representatives solution for me was to go out and replace it with a custom stereo unit. Subaru has gotten cheap and can’t even stand by their product when it’s defective. Sticking with Toyota from now on!

I lost a little trust in the service department when they completed the multi-service multi-point check on my vehicle and it didn't jive with what was actually happening. I had installed within the past 3 weeks new cabin filter and new engine filter and they were both said to be needing service. I demonstrated to Eric my service tech if the filter was indeed brand new. He did take the issue to the service manager for correction.

Been going to Bob Baker VW for 3+ years as my nearest VW shop from my duty station at Camp Pendleton. I've been treated with nothing but courteousy and professionalism from Bobby.
