Darius was great, service was fast, thank you. Only issue is a scratch from the car wash but I detailed cars for many years and understand small scratches can happen, especially with a black car.

The service guys are excellent. But your sales manager doesn’t respect current customers and he looks like an idiot. I disappointed how he is dealing with prospects who want to upgrade. He think he can trick us by offering unbeatable prices. For 2019 Crosstrek he offer $5000 down and $550 monthly payment with 10000 miles. It’s unrespectful we he think we are with poor knowledge . I never will visit Bab Baker for another lease or purchase.

Great customer service. We came in on a Saturday without an appointment and we’re taken care of immediately. Our car was ready a couple of hours later at no charge.

Please tell your junior service people NOT to adjust and change EVERY setting to the driver seat, mirrors, headrest etc. VERY annoying and for no reason.

Our vehicle has been in the shop twice for almost a week each time to get a couple of small pieces replaced, which is ridiculous. We were told the peers were in and scheduled the second appointment more than week in advance. Still the parts were not available when we brought the car in. After being there for a week we picked up the car and still one of the pieces that was supposed to be replaced was not completed. I have never had such poor communication and service from a dealership’s service department. Getting a car into the shop is very disruptive to our schedules and we expect the service to be completed timely when we bring a car in.
