First and foremost the overall experience was monumental. My 2015 Subaru WRX had issues that honestly worried me. I brought my car in and met with Mr. Perez and stated my concern. He wrote down every issue to a T. For the amount of issues I had, I knew my car was going to be there for a long time. So being able to text back and check the status of my vehicle was astounding. Whoever wrote me back, thank you for the status. I am glad to hand my car over to a company I can trust. Julian Perez explained all the issues I had meticulously, even for me to comprehend.
