I was helped promptly upon arrival. Service completed in a timely manner and I very much appreciate having my car washed upon completion!
When I showed up for my tire change there was no record of the tires that should have been ordered and Erik had no idea what was going on. When I also expressed that I had gotten approval from a manager to get a rental car since it would take all day, he had no record of that either. Fortunately there was a different set of tires in stock that was able to be put on but the fact that there was no record of anything and that Erik kept asking who I had talked to in parts,service and manager, was not assuring and quite frustrating
Service was completed quickly and on the timeline provided
Very professional! Also took my comments about the clutch issues seriously and had me go for a ride with the Service Manager Eddy (?)... who was super knowledgeable and kindly explained how the clutch/brake system works slightly different than previous standard transmissions-and advised me re: best practices using the clutch/stop on the Crosstrek.
Zach once again was superb! His service was spot on as was his courtesy, professionalism, and technical skill. Zach gas always delivered fantastic service every time I’ve needed maintenance on my car.
