Zach is fabulous. I actually look forward to coming to Bob Baker Subaru because of Zach. I am completely satisfied with the service I receive. We've had Subaru's since 1986 and love them. So reliable.

The customer service was great and my experience was too. My only complaint was waiting over two hours to be picked up by the shuttle when I was the driver would be on their way shortly. So instead of me just waiting 2 hours for my vehicle, I waited 4. Julian was very helpful and professional so I’m not sure what happened. The driver was very nice too.

Great service! He was very nice and the oil change was super quick! He also came in to tell me my car was finished instead of sending a text.
